White wines
White wine is a wine produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the must of grapes with uncolored pulp and white or black skin. It is processed in such a way that the final product retains a transparent yellow color. The great variety of white wines is due to the large number of grape varieties, winemaking methods, but also the residual sugar content. White wine is the result of a long history of human cultivation of the vine and has existed for at least 2,500 years.
