Organic Wines
<p>Organic wines are recognized for their quality. Indeed, white, rosé and red wines, as well as champagnes, crémants and sparkling wines, both sweet and sour, can be made from organic grapes. These wines receive a significant number of distinctions. They come from a viticulture that respects the rules of production of organic farming. This is a production method that is characterized by the absence of the use of synthetic chemicals and GMOs.</p> -
Red wines
<p>Red wine is obtained by fermenting the must of black grapes in the presence of the skin, the seeds and possibly the grating. The length of this fermentation varies according to the type of wine desired, the characteristics of each harvest and the traditions linked to the wine-growing area of production. This is the cuvaison, which can vary from a maximum of one week to obtain light and supple wines, up to three or four weeks for wines with good ageing potential.</p> -
White wines
<p>White wine is a wine produced by the alcoholic fermentation of the must of grapes with uncolored pulp and white or black skin. It is processed in such a way that the final product retains a transparent yellow color. The great variety of white wines is due to the large number of grape varieties, winemaking methods, but also the residual sugar content. White wine is the result of a long history of human cultivation of the vine and has existed for at least 2,500 years.</p> -
Rosé wines
<p>Rosé wine can be described as the product of alcoholic fermentation of a must obtained by controlled skin maceration of black grapes (with white juice). From experience, the oenologist knows that it is difficult to obtain a rosé wine that is both fruity and balanced, to control its color and especially to be consistent from one vintage to the next.</p> -
Champagnes
<p>Champagne, also known as vin de Champagne, is a French sparkling wine protected by an appellation d'origine contrôlée that took several centuries to regulate. Its name comes from the Champagne region of northeastern France. The geographical delimitation, the grape varieties, the yields and the whole elaboration of the champagne are the main specificities of the appellation.</p>
